We offer telemedicine appointments covered by health plans BCBS, CIGNA, AETNA, UHC, to all our clients. Our telemedicine appointments use a convenient, HIPPA compliant platform provided through Advanced MD.

How To Schedule A Telemedicine:

  1. Create a new patient account with patient portal.

  2. Creating a new patient account is a 2-step process:

You will first complete an intake form for new patients on the patient portal and we will call you back to set up a new patient appointment. Then you will receive email links from our office to create a patient portal account on Advanced MD.  Please complete all the forms. You can call us at 301-468-1001, if you need help.

Our automated system sends you a reminder and a Tele Med link from Advanced MD 2 days ahead of your appointment to connect with us on a secure platform. We request you establish an account on the patient portal on Advanced MD, and fill out all the forms, including the credit card information and consent before your first appointment. This allows us to check your Insurance benefits ahead of time, and warn you of any insurance issues as well.

We will send you an invoice and charge your credit card for copays. You can also see any balances on your accounts through the patient portal and make the credit payments yourself online.
