Spravato Treatment Duration
Spravato is most effective after two months of treatment.
During the first month, Spravato treatments are twice a week.
During the second month, Spravato treatments are once a week.
Spravato treatment process
Spravato is a nasal spray that is self-administered in our office under the supervision of a medical professional. After self-administration, clients are required to stay in the office for 2 hours. Clients are not allowed to drive after each treatment session.

Spravato Side Sffects:
The most common side effects of Spravato are: increased blood pressure, dizziness, nausea, and disassociation - which is defined as a disconnection from your thoughts and feelings.
Your treatment response will be monitored for two hours after taking the medication.
Insurance Coverage
Insurance companies provide payment assistance for Spravato treatments. However, there are insurance requirements that every client must meet. Below are the Spravato insurance approval requirements:
1. Major Depression diagnosis from a licensed medical professional.
2. Two failed antidepressant medication trials.
3. Previous psychotherapy with a provider.
Our team will gather your clinical information and submit it to your insurance company for preapproval.
